Workmanship Guarantee:

Campbell’s Custom Computers guarantees that your computer will be free from:

  • Hardware malfunctions such as failures in the motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, or storage devices due to improper assembly.

  • Assembly errors such as misaligned parts.

Coverage applies to issues that originate from workmanship during the manufacturing process, ensuring that your system operates as intended under normal use conditions.

Campbell’s Custom Computers will repair or replace any components found to have Workmanship Faults free of charge, including shipping costs.

This guarantee is valid for 1 year, from date you receive system.

Manufacturer Warranty:

During the product's manufacturer warranty period, Campbell’s Custom Computers will:

  • Repair or replace the product using new part. Where a part is not able to be replaced with an exact model, it will be replaced with a part that is equivalent or superior in performance.

  • You are responsible for getting the system to us, and costs associated with shipping. We may be able to do a pickup within 2 hours of our location, but a travel fee may apply.

  • We will not charge labour to repair/replace warranty items.


    The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Physical Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or negligence, including but not limited to drops, spills, and improper handling.

  • Unauthorised Modifications or Repairs: Any damage or defects caused by unauthorised modifications, overclocking, undervolting, or repairs performed by anyone other than Campbell’s Custom Computers.

  • Improper Maintenance: Damage caused by failure to properly maintain the product, such as not cleaning radiators, fans, filters, changing coolant, etc., which leads to overheating or other performance issues.

  • Operating with a Fault: Additional damage caused by continuing to use the product when it shows signs of failure, such as coolant leaks, overheating, etc.

  • Operating in Improper Environments: Damage caused by the use of the product in unsuitable environments, such as exposure to moisture, salt, dust, etc.

  • Improper System Settings: Damage caused by modifying Campbell’s Custom Computers configured settings (e.g fan speeds, pump speeds) that lead to system issues.

  • Voltage Manipulation: Issues arising from voltage manipulation, or power surges are not covered.

  • Software Issues: Problems caused by software, including operating system corruption, malware infections, or conflicts with third-party software, are excluded from the warranty.

  • Custom Configurations: Custom software or hardware configurations, such as RAID setups, virtual machines (VMs), or other specialised settings, are not covered under the warranty. Customers are responsible for backing up their configurations.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear, including cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, or fading, is not covered under the warranty.

  • Changed parts: Any parts other then the original parts in system.


    Diagnosis and Repairs:

    Campbell’s Custom Computers provides lifetime remote support, which includes assistance via email, phone, and discord. This support covers:

    • Hardware issues

    • Campbell’s Custom Computers-included software

    • Original system configuration

    We are responsible for maintaining the system's stability as configured at purchase (this does not include user-customised settings).

    If a resolution cannot be achieved remotely, the system may need to be returned to us for diagnosis.

    Shipping Warranty:

    All systems that are shipped are covered by TNT class A (highest tier) warranty for the full value of system. If an item arrives to you damaged, we will submit a claim to TNT and repair, replace or refund the damaged components, once claim is approved.

    CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

    We do not offer cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind on Campbell’s Custom Computer systems. Our products are custom made. Once parts are ordered, you can not change your mind, as this is part of the custom made process. Please refer to warranty information above. This is in compliance of Australian Consumer Law.
